Warranty Warranty All items come with a 60 day warranty provided by seller unless stated otherwise. No additional or implied warranties. Additional info: If your item does not arrive in the condition stated, or has hardware related issues within the first 60 days, you will be eligible to receive a replacement of refund under the iSelliMac warranty. If your item was physically damaged while in your possession, this warranty is void. Please report any issues to us within 3 days and send us a photo to show the damage/issue. Then we will attempt to resolve your issue or send you a label for return. Upon return, we will repair it and send the repaired item back to you free of charge, send you a replacement unit, or send a refund if it cannot be repaired and no replacement unit is available. Returns Returns ITEMS ORDERED IN ERROR will be charged a restocking fee on the item's price and we will NOT refund the shipping charges. The restock fee for returned items is typically 10-30% depending on the return. You will be informed prior to returning the item(s) what restock fee will apply to your order. We accept returns for 60 days following delivery, as long as the item did not arrive in the same condition stated in the listing. For items returned past 60 days, or items returned that clearly match our listing (nothing wrong), there is a minimum 20% restocking fee, and items can only be returned at our discretion upon approval. Please contact us and tell us why you are returning the item and then we will start the return process. We will issue you a prepaid label through Fedex for the return, which will state the RMA number. Once we receive the item back, we will issue a full refund to the original payment source within 1-3 days. If you used a credit card on PayPal, the funds may take a few days to show up on your credit card statement. If you used your bank account on PayPal, the funds may be returned to your PayPal balance and await your action. If we do not have the full amount to cover the refund in our account at the time of processing, the funds will be pulled from our bank account and this takes 4-5 days.
